I strongly recommend this handyman service for both small and large projects. Although they are in high demand, Kai and his father were prompt in responding to my inquiries and providing an estimate to refurbish an aging pergola that required extensive work. They are very pleasant, respectful, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with, which made me feel confident in hiring them. They were incredibly efficient, always on time, maintained a clean work site, and delivered exceptional results. You can see the impressive outcome in the photos! (Update: I have hired them again to install a kitchen sink, and they once again did a fantastic job.)
I cannot praise Kai and his team enough. My project ended up requiring significantly more time and labor than anticipated due to extensive mold and water damage, but I am deeply grateful that Kai was there to diagnose the problem and guide me through the process of resolving it. Kai did an excellent job adding a new wall and door to our open loft area. His attention to detail ensured that the new drywall and paint seamlessly blend with the original house. He was accommodating in adding additional requests to our project, maintained a professional demeanor, and adhered to the schedule. We will undoubtedly hire Kai again for future projects.
We initially booked Kai for a smaller project, which expanded to include replacing all baseboards and door frames in the house, as well as adding shiplap to a wall and constructing a window seat. Kai approached the changes with a positive attitude, and his workmanship is outstanding. He even completed a few projects that we had started but not finished, which was a tremendous bonus.
