Akhmed and Alec, the owner, both visited my home on separate occasions. My refrigerator's ice maker had failed, and they replaced it, as well as repairing a valve and, more importantly, a wiring harness. It was a complex problem that required multiple visits and exceptional expertise. They were able to fix the wiring harness issue, which I don't believe other providers would have attempted.
