It was a three and a half day project, but I felt involved in every step. The removal, installation, and zoning were seamless. The crew was considerate, wearing shoe covers and covering the house to avoid any damage or dirt. I appreciated that Terry respected our time and our vehicles, asking if it was okay to park the cars outside during the rainy installation days to stage the large equipment. It was refreshing to see they cared not just about completing the job, but also about the homeowners' experience. I cannot recommend Oakley Heating and Air enough.
Update: Oakley Heating and Air installed a new, highly efficient and quiet dual fuel heat pump system in our home, a significant upgrade from our struggling 20-year-old system. I've used Oakley Heating and Air multiple times and strongly recommend them for their excellent work and competitive pricing.
